The Royal Caledonian Charities Trust is a UK registered charity and in recent years has become a successful vehicle for corporate donors to support a wide range of carefully selected and worthwhile causes via our giving programme. Over the last decade we have been proud to donate over £350,000 to various Scottish charities.

The Trust’s main fundraising event is the annual Royal Caledonian Ball, which is widely believed to be the oldest charity ball in the world, and enjoys Royal Patronage from Her Majesty the Queen. The Royal Caledonian Ball remains one of the highlights of the social calendar and a much anticipated gathering of Scots in London. The event attracts over 700 reelers to Grosvenor House Hotel each year and provides an unprecedented opportunity for the right partners to reach an affluent and well-connected audience of discerning individuals.

Sponsorship
We are always keen to find new companies who wish to support this unique and historically rich event.  We would be delighted to talk to any companies or individuals about sponsoring opportunities and can offer a bespoke package including a range of benefits and marketing opportunities to suit the sponsor.

Advertising
Each year we sell advertising space in the souvenir magazine that is given, free of charge, to everyone who attends the Ball. The publication is also posted out to our supporters, donors, sponsors, benefiting charities and Patronesses. The circulation is in excess of 2000, and the publication has a long shelf life, often being kept by people for many years!  Furthermore a PDF copy is emailed to our entire database and past issues are available to download on our website. Advertisers will enjoy a close association with an incredibly well-respected society event which receives considerable press coverage and is attended by over 700 guests.
