Dinner at the Royal Caledonian Ball
Held in the glamorous setting of 86 Park Lane, part of Grosvenor House, the evening starts with a drinks reception at 7.30pm. Parties proceed into dinner at 8pm. Generally large parties will have a room to themselves but smaller parties may share a room with another party. Please book early as space and numbers are limited, and please notify any special dietary requirements at least a week before the Ball.

Slow braised beef short rib with rosemary, horseradish and smoked sea salt crumb, fondant potatoes, wild mushrooms, asparagus and Chantenay carrots
Organic lentil and smoked Applewood cheddar Wellington, chateau carrots,
wilted spinach, roast shallot, dill and caper sauce
Green apple mousse, vanilla bean custard, rhubarb compote
